Almost

We are so close to having all our stuff at the new place. I can't wait to be fully moved in and not have to go back to the other place. I didn't really notice how shabby the other place was until we started to move into this place. This place is just so open and clean, and fresh. There are screens on the windows so the bugs and dead birds can't find their way in.

That's right.... Dead birds... a couple days before we started to move into the new place we had an incident. Smudge was acting like a moron and running about with a toy in his mouth... then we noticed feathers.... and a leg..... We never did find the head and suspect a cat must have eaten it. Either way. we were not impressed that someone brought a dead bird into the place.

Its hard having the cats in the new place. We need to keep them in the house for a week or so just so they know that this is there new home.... But they are soooooo hyper and have cabin fever like you wouldn't believe. They are literally bouncing off the walls and the windows.

The dogs love it here. they love the big yard and love barking ALL the time at the dogs on either side of us... Both our neighbours have 2 dogs... So Lola and Smudge Love running in the yard and barking.. I'm hoping that it will get old soon though.
