Oh the Craziness

Well I haven't had much to blog about. And thus have simply ignored my bog fully.
So I will give you an idea of what I have been up to

June 19th my little bro and I went to my parents house for fathers day. We bought dad a fab antique Winston Chime Clock in Falkland. It was funny because it wasn't wound properly with the key and thus went off every 5 min for a long time. My dear Grandma thought it was hysterical when we visited her and it kept chiming and not keeping proper time. Greg and I were going to take dad out for dinner, however dad was lightning quick and paid for our dinner.

My loving mother went to Manitoba for 2 weeks. She got to meet all of her sisters and family. It was a bit lonely for me not being able to talk to mom. She is my rock after all.

Last week I got laid off my job. To add insult to injury it happened twice! So I told the people not to bother calling me back. Friday was my last day at work... Also on Friday I got a call back for an interview with a different association. I have my interview on Monday and got hired on the spot! So I went the full weekend not having a job. thank god everything worked out. And I think it was for the best. I believe that every happens for a reason.

Smudge is starting to potty train. Dachshunds are beyond stubborn as a personality trait. And potty training is one of the hardest things to train them. He, being a pure bred, has that stubborn trait.

My friend Alice has gone to Korea. She will be gone for a full year but will have a vacation in October, where I will escort her to a wedding.

So things have be relatively boring on my end of things.
