Weddings,

Drew and I went to a wedding a couple of weeks ago. I was a bridesmaid and Drew was my date.
The wedding was in a town called Kitimat which is central Western BC along the coast.
The scenery was beautiful, however the town was beyond ugly. It was built 50 years ago by a gas company. the whole town is built in cul-de-sacks and every little square house looks like the next. But I do think that the outdoors could make living in Kitimat worth it.

Drew and I drove up there over 2 days, 10 hours a driving. And we both got to visit towns we have never seen or heard of before.
We went to Smithers, which was an amazing little town. It was almost like being in Banff. Only without the pretentious douche bags. they have amazing ski hills and a lot of forestry and climate workers.

We fell in love with the Bulkley Valley and all the rivers and lakes it has to offer. If things don;t work out in Quesnel, maybe we will try west of here?

Anyways. Drew looked amazing at the wedding.
