Man we love it there.
We stopped at Jack of Clubs lake. We were the only ones there!
We walked around the Meadows trails just outside of Wells. These are amazing cross country and snow shoeing trails in the winter.
We then went to Wells hotel for lunch. It was ok. I wanted the pub to be open so we could have beer. Today was almost 30 degrees.
One the way to Wells we stopped at a garage sale. We got a food processor, a set of dishes and a spice rack! We also picked up a solid lounger for outside. Lots of wine will be consumed in it. Promise.
Yesterday we stayed home. We wanted to test Smudge for allergies. We went for a really long hike the day before. Smudge was all snorfy and coughy.
While staying home I was able to spin a couple more yarns! Drew was able to watch a Star Wars movie. (he has never seen a full Star Wars movie)
There is this cross country ski track called Hallis Lake. This is where we prefer to hike sine we are able to see any bears that may come around.
Often there are cows around. They follow us in herds. At one point a calf chased Smudge. it was Hilarious.

on Monday Drew made an amazing apple pie! and it was the best apple pie I have ever had. Not sweet either!
Vegetarianism is treating us very well! Yummy veggie Burger
