Birthday Season is OVER!

April 24th Heritage House will be having a craft fair and I will be there!
Not there to buy (which I likely will) but to sell!
I signed up on Saturday and since then (Ooooh 2 days) I have been dying fiber left right and center. I have also been going threw all of my 30 something fleeces to see what to split up and sell in 80z bags.
I have been making stitch markers as well.... but I am not much for beading and think they look dorky when I do it.. So I think I will just keep the ones I make and not sell them.

On Saturday I went to Armstrong to visit my family for birthday season. Remember when I mentioned that I hate April because it is birthday season???
Well it wasn't all that bad. I got all the pottery finished in time. I bought cards, ate good food (apple ribs) and visited with my lovely family.
My ma and pa gave Drew and I a lovely patio set for our little area under the upstairs deck. Also ma bought us a cute little out door mat for our patio set to rest on.

I took some pics. All pics are taken with my sexy iphone.

Also on Friday my BFF Amy decided to have me over for a birthday dinner... It was amazing! we did the hot rock... like fondue but not...... Its a slab of slate (or marble) that is put into the oven to warm up to 350 degrees. then it is put onto a stand and candles are put under it to keep it hot.
Then its like a free for all stir fry. Amy prepared some yummy black tail deer, mushrooms, peppers, zucchini, And LOADS and LOADS of nice large tiger prawns. Add a little oil to the hot rock and you have the worlds most interactive and yummy meal..
For desert she made chocolate toblerone fondue. She had strawberries, bananas and cream puffs to dip in it... and then CANNED (the best kind) whip cream to finish off.
Greg was lucky enough to join us. (Amy insisted)(I agreed). Plus he made us a yummy drink from Port that he was saving.
This week has been a good one!

Cheers and beers!
