We went after work yesterday and it was wonderful. We didn't realize that it got dark so early though. By the time it was time to turn back it was freezing cold. But the Sky was blue and the cows were numerous.
I have done this hike many times and have never run into cows before... This hike was different.
Drew has packed us a picnic and when we found a place to sit and eat the cows came closer and closer. I was a little sad when they scattered when we stood up. I really wanted to pet one.
The moon was huge. We found that it was a full moon and also the Fall Equinox. I think for Christmas I will ask for gift certificates to a camera shop. I think these pictures could have been a lot better with a larger zoom.
I got a pair of amazing new hiking shoes. I like shoes more because they don't rub my legs raw since I am not used to boots.
