Barkerville

Drew and I went to Wells yesterday and decided to venture out to Barkerville to see what we could see and maybe take a picture over the fence. It turns out that you can walk around Barkerville for free during the winter. We had no idea!! What a wonderful surprise! We has the entire place to ourselves!

 This picture is for Grandpa Carins. He seemed to love Wake up Jake when he visited here.

We went for a walk out towards the courthouse/Richfield about a km outside of Barkerville, We saw this awesome ice waterfall

After our amazing day at Barkerville, we went to Wells to the Bear's Paw Cafe for dinner.

After out DELICIOUS meal we went to the Wells pub and watched a hockey game. Someone has painted a map of the Bowron Lakes. It is so cool to know that I have paddled and hiked that 8 mile treck 

This is the Wells hotel Pub. It was so much fun! made new friends, drank new drinks and shared lots of laughs. Wells is the most amazing place in BC.
