The Picture post!

All right.. It's picture time!
These were all taken from my iPhone so not amazing quality... well not until I get the iPhone4.
HAHA ok.
picture time.

This is the nasty bed I got to sleep on at work. It smelled old, dusty and like man armpits

Mom made us take a pic with our new Element before leaving for Van.
This is Duke. My roommates wonderful pit bull. Can you spot him?
I'm a lucky girl and am allowed to take Duke for walks and hikes. This is Duke after swimming for a half hour. silly dog, doesn't he know its winter?
Last picture of Duke... I promise. this is him in my bed. lucky guy.
When Drew visited we tried to get into a White Caps game. Sadly it was sold out, but we did see a couple hundred extreme fans marching to the game from a bar down the street.
This is at Trout Lake. This is where Lola loved to frolic when we last lived in Van. This is one of her favorite places to run about.

And a pretty weeping willow at trout lake.

sick of pictures yet???? If not, then keep reading on. HA (I told you this was the picture post)

one of my favorite things to do is have breakfast on our deck and look at the city. One day I will have to take a picture with my real camera. The city looks far, but it is only about a 25 min walk to downtown or a 6 min drive.. it really is close! Most of my friends know that I love eating. I love eating bagels with brie and fruit with hash browns on the side and a nice hot coffee to wash all the carbs down.
This is at Bennies Bagels.. MMmmmmm
my first week here I decided to walk around Stanley park. I found this crazy tree. To me it looks like 2 or 3 trees humping
I also took a trip to Granville Island. This squawky thing wouldn't leave me a lone.
And one if the best parts about Vancouver is its cheap fruit and Veggies at the little Chinese markets. I can make a HUGE fruit salad that will last me a week eating 2 bowls a day for under 14 dollars!!! I do the same with salad.
And deep cove. Deep Cove has this amazing little hole in the wall restaurant called Honeys Doughnuts. It sells donuts and other amazing food... Like Monte Crisco's!
